I am sorry to tell you this but rumor has it offers were made Friday. Rumor mill also has it that those who did not get jobs will be informed early this week. Hope it isn’t the case but Lilly is never as “transparent” as they claim.

The new neuroscience sleeve will focus on Prozac as primary call. Ricky announced that physicians know and love Lilly and with the right promotional effort... Prozac will return to blockbuster status. These new neuroscience roles have a great future.

Job offers went out Friday and they started making calls those that did not get the jobs Friday afternoon and today.

If you did not get a job. They gave you a BS reason is because of diversity quota. Hiring someone less qualified just because they need reps from all divisions. Better be careful managers. That crazy reason will make lawyers jump for joy. And trust me, might be looking into this option.
