Dont take a job in Great Lakes. Its run by a dictator with zero management experience. The guy is flying by the seat of his pants. Has no idea what he's doing and docs are not switching. He convinced the COO to give him a try and he's failing miserably. Lots of doctors in Ohio and Michigan can't stand the manager.
