Extremely lower base salaries at Teva vs other reps with same experience, it's a joke. Bonus is a plus but reps are leaving and will continue to leave until they address increasing bases to industry standards.

yes, they did. I work here also.

You would think the best way to show the reps that were loyal and stayed with Teva as well as shove it in the faces of the reps that left for our competitors is to increase our base salaries. We are not even asking for the 20-30% increases that were given but just a modest 10% across the board. To replace and train the 25 or so reps that left will cost the company far more than if Teva would of just paid us somewhere close in the ballpark of our competitors. It is well known now that the #1 neurology sales force selling the #1 MS product is getting paid far far less than all our competitors.

I think the argument could be made that we are not the number one neuro sales force any more after we lost so many top reps.

As far as Copaxone being number one....be prepared to manage the decline of the brand.

I am currently interviewing for an open territory vacated due to genzyme. I already have a base higher than 110 and have applicable MS experience and existing relationships. Are they negotiable or is 110 as high as they go? Thanks in advance for replies.

I hear their quick to move in filling these positions. Is that so, or is the process as painful as everyone else; several layers of interviews, drug screen and background check? Any expansion on the process would be greatly appreciated.

I don't work here (yet), but I can tell you that "quick to move" is going to include a drug screen and background check in any company in the industry. And I bet it includes at least a regional mgr interview, as well.
