Hearing rumblings of a realignment in neuro. Any idea?

We would LOVE to get out of the DBU! Plus, the reps in Neuro aren’t very good so it would be good to add us to that sleeve. There are way to many reps in Diabetes PC and Specialty. Everyone makes fake calls to check the box off and do what our DSM tells us to do.

Diabetes could get rid of 3/4’s of the reps and we still wouldn’t have enough customers to see!!!

DBU thinks its got the legit reps?! you haven't launched anything effectively in how many years without your BI counterparts help? Get outta here. Their going to thin the numbers in DBU. And hire new industry reps, Plain and simple because it is cheaper.

Are you kidding me right now? I would die to have any of my diabetes overlaps over what I have now - and I can bet it’s the same for 99% in neuro!

No experience and no business knowledge.

We more than effectively launched Trulicity. So do your homework before you open your mouth and show you are an ass. I switched to DBU after long time on another force. It’s very very competitive and the learning curve for DBU is much tougher than you can imagine . Almost impossible for new to industry and disease state....AND keep our market share.ie SELL SOMETHING.
