Manager here. Hold on to your hats...every single territory is now a single person territory. Some lines have been redrawn but overall pretty much straight down the line, one territory, one person. I was shocked at some of these very high volume territories are still one person. Bottom line, if one person can't get to approximately the 25 docs that make a difference then you need to get out anyways.

Neuro FLM's will now have 2-3 states with 12 reps. That should keep them busy and out of our faces.

Be honest! You mean if one person can't get 1 or 2 docs to prescribe Fanapt off label, kids, bi-polar etc. This is the elephant in the room at meetings.
