Neuro POAs

Is no one going to comment on what a disaster this was? What were we supposed to learn here? Key take aways:
  • Tim loves to hear himself talk and loves talking mainly about himself and how qualified he is to take this position.
    • Side note: his brothers are all also gainfully employed.
  • Kate loves her Dad and her Audi...and Tim for giving her this job (for which she is completely unqualified).
  • Mike P has no experience running the hub but senior leadership has tasked him with fixing the mess of the hub that we have.
  • SEGMENTING WILL FIX IT ALL!!!!

these people couldn't make it outside of the sheltered pharma world. limited skill set and no imagination. the whole concept of how people get promoted around here is ridiculous. it is the friends and family plan for sure!

someone can't handle change
does insulting people help you feel better about yourself?

No. The truth is that the people "leading" this company are inexperienced and unqualified to run this book of business. It was apparent before the POAs but driven home after. I am sure these people are nice people but they have been thrown into these roles with no ability to lead the team or drive sales. It is a disservice to the company and the long term potential of this product. Change is a good thing and we have definitely needed it for quite some time but THIS change will be to the detriment of us all. How leadership is unable to see this is beyond me...and the majority of the sales team.

Really??? Did Tim really talk about how qualified he is for the job. I must have missed that through tall of his mumbling and rambling. Read other posts on questcor .

Tim was a secretary for MT and

Mike was secretary for Hugh.

They both were handed jobs way above their qualifications. Tim was a rep before secretary an now GM . Mike was a low level product manager before secretary to Hugh.

Both of these guys were GIVEN positions way beyond anyone's imagination. A complete travesty.

Joke

the silver lining, we now know the career path at Mali. After sales rep, becoming admin and then either GM or other high level position. All these years in bio and I never thought the admin route was the way to go, those damn career counselor got it all wrong. Uhhhhhh
How can this possibly happen?
