Lilly has a new hiring policy. Only millennials can work here. They have absolutely no credibility in front of doctors. It’s quite comical out there.
Without a doubt. The screening process is geared towards 25-30 year olds to start with. The interview process will include a few older applicants and occasionally one will get hired because the meter says they need to hire a token rep over 40. It's a big joke

Curious now this “sales force” did last quarter. In my area - terrible! You get what you pay for! Maybe the new VP will correct this and get experienced reps in place!

Some are good — others are a hot mess. Did they get rid of the questionnaire before interviews? No way some of these people could have passed.
If you are a young grasshopper you are golden and if you are any color other than a green grasshopper you a super grasshopper. This is life with all pharma companies.

Lets face it, Lilly discovered years ago that reps can only do so much regardless of PCP or Onc business. Leaders don’t value reps and have minimized our role. Milling also are cheap, in abundance and can be manipulated.

Oh.. and Old timers, your days are numbered

Diabetes rep here. It would be nice if LILLy got some samples of emgality on the shelves. Launched over 10 meds. I’ve never seen such a pathetic shelf presence. Literally have seen one box in my entire territory in a frig since launch. Not good.
