I think you will see a definite rise in exits. Add in the poor results in the nurtec head to head study, those left in spec don't have much to keep them engaged.

Let's see:
- Reyvow was a garbage drug. No one wrote it. Like many many many territories only getting 1 script a quarter and that was considered good lol
-Emgality - We saw Amgen dump Aimovig so you had to see what was coming your way in the near future. If that wasn't enough then the new oral migraine drugs started eroding market share at a rapid rate. Still not convinced? Then the orals got approval for acute and preventative treatment so just stay on their med the whole time and patients don't have to take a very painful injection that they have to remember to do every month.
Oh yeah, PC3 dropped EM to 25%of its commission and it was a district goal/bonus. I mean everybody knows what that means..they will soon drop promoting it altogether.
- Alzheimer's division - So you say you still didn't see what was happening with Reyvow and didn't pay attention to what was happening with Emaglity? Well what about the company creating an Alzheimer's division?
You know you are a Neuroscience division and they created a whole other division to promote the Alzheimer's drug. So what did you think would happen when Emgality ran its course? Did you think you'd promote. the AD drug? Lmaoooo lolol..why would dye promote it when they have a separate sales division for that.
You should be let go from this company for your lack of awareness and being unable to read the market dude.

Your company sucks… and you can say whatever but your drug is solely an abortive. It’s a wannabe preventive but not used much at all. Cost sucks and side effects too. Good luck with the wannabe one stop wonder haha

I'm seeing roles posted for Alzheimers Consultants - is this also under the neuroscience division? Any feedback on what the culture is like for this team? Is it specialty? Any idea if the corporate card is Amex and if they would allow you to link your membership to the card? (not a deal breaker but just curious)
