Neuro Division Layoffs

I just heard last night that the Neuro Division laid off 27 full time people yesterday. Clinical, Sales, Marketing, R&D...

Looks like they are getting rid of some of the older employees who are expensive to keep around (higher bonus structure from when they were part of ev3).

You should try reading a qtrly report sometime. Yes, EV3 was acquired by COV about 3 years ago. They have a PV, Venous, and Nuero bag.

What is a "neuro bag"? Is that like a colostomy bag for neurology?

They also have a biosurgery division that sells duraseal which is used during neuro and spine surgery. That number sounds like the entire division since sales are primarily driven through distributorships.
