Nestlé's pharma experiment nears an end with $10B skin health sale talks

PEs are known for finding ways to quickly increase revenue while lowering expenses. Not sure how this will play out, but could be difficult start to 2020 for reps.

Under PE Galderma will sadly transform to worse. I presume it will not get any better. I know so many people scared to be laid off, but at this point we must accept our fate

Galderma will not be the first company PE have mismanaged. People will die in the internal company culture they will create. Nothing good will come out of this sale

update your resume. Figure out how to handle objections, and be prepared to lie when addressing the one about if you work more that 3 hours a day. Or can you sell. Now that I think about it, you are all screwed.
