Probably not. I am guessing that at some point in the past, they were too tired to look up the meaning of the word nepotism, and consequently made no policies concerning it. They probably think it has something to do with Baptizing citizens of Nepal.............

If you don't have that in writing (reason for termination), then if they didn't have a policy, they would come up with another reason they could justify.

I worked for both Quest and Labcorp and I know family members worked together, as long as those positions were secured by merit - and not favors.

Nah. Not true. Many lawyers will take this on contingency. Companies like this will most likely settle and you will at least have a pay out for redress.

There is no policy and there are plenty of employees married to employees. Why don't you ask about hiring their kids, hiring friends as consultants, etc....

There is a compliance policy regarding Quest Phleb's being placed in a client's office where they are related to the client. Big compliance concern that it will appear to be inducement.
