Nepotism at Forest

























Some people need an edge to get their promotions. You would think that having strong sales background with numerous accolades both company and territory wide; others just need to be best friends with the spouse of the DM in the SoCal region. One would hope that the results would matter...... Naaaaah.

Hah!! SoCal is the WORST!! Not only with the DMs, but just look at all the nepotism that the RD pulls. Such a joke - if you are related to or a family friend of the RD consider yourself a manager straight out of college with no prior work experience. That's what I call great leadership!! And look at all the people that got ahead for having "inappropriate" relationships. SoCal is the biggest joke, and worst region to work in.
