Nepotism at Boston Scientific

Boston Scientific has initiated “3Up by 2023” as their DE&I goal. Thus, aiming to increase representation of women and multicultural talent at the supervisor and manager level by 3 percentage points or more. Along with being a top 10% globally recognized leader for workplace inclusion in key focus areas including women, multicultural talent, individuals with disabilities and LGBTQ+ individuals.

After some research, it appears that Boston Scientific executives don’t necessarily practice what they preach. In fact, the Executive Vice President and Group President, Cardiology has taken nepotism to a whole new level, elevating his children through the ranks within his own division.

Four of five sons are employed, barring job qualifications. Other nepotism issues range from misuse of authority and expenses, to loss of pay and advancement opportunities for qualified candidates.

The 2021 Net pay reported for the eldest son at the age of 26 was $273,000. He is also awarded Tuition Assistance regardless of not meeting the qualifications.

stinks for the rest of us working hard to earn our merit

A German, an English and a French walk into a bar.

Two minutes later and a priest, a rabbi and an iman follow.

Another minute and a man and a woman walk into the bar.

Says the barkeeper: What’s this? Some kind of joke?

This is a disgusting and disrespectful thread. Why don’t you take it up your grievances with someone in leadership like Sam Conway? He’s very approachable and reasonable.

Tomorrow and for the rest of this week I will wear a set of cup size Z prosthetic breasts in solidarity with Kayla LeMieux and all intersex transwomxn with undiagnosed gigantomastia.

There’s always a few obsessed with the trans community (that makes up .01% of the population). Constantly talking and posting about it too. Any idea why?
