Need Your advice

Our new manager was hired a year ago.
He never gives his team fair reviews, rarely answer e-mails, stubs people in a back, a passive agressive type who would find every flaw and never appreciate hard work. Every review written by him is 99% negative. I have never in my career work with sombody so unprofessional and sneaky. The whole team has no respect for him.

What should we do? He does not belong here, nor to the industry.

You should go back to school. Stubs??? It's spelled stabs. Idiot!!!!
 




You should talk to your manager and let him know what's bothering you.
Document every move,
be VERY carefull of what you say in front of him to your doctors.
People like that are very sneaky
