NEED HELP-Workman's Compensation/Use of PIXI Machine

Hi everyone, Some of you may not even know what a PIXI machine is. It was a 75lb portable bone density machine that we used in the field to help solicit the sales of Miacalcin back in the day. (1998-2004). Many people I know have sustained injuries from having to lift this machine in and out of our vehicles many times per week. Is there anyone out there that has filed a WC case against NVS specifically because of the injuries sustained from the PIXI? Any help would be so appreciated!

Filed suit awhile ago. Still pending in court. What are you looking for? The name of a good lawyer? What State? Used to be with the Senior Care Division and used the PIXI all the time. The thing was huge! 100 lbs with the shipping case. It weighed almost as much as I did...lol

You need someone that sold Miacalcin and had to use that machine. Most of the people from that division are probably no longer with the company and don't look at CP. I know exactly the machine you are talking about. You guys used to lug that thing around to the Nursing Homes and Dr's offices. Can you look it up on the web and see if there is any mention? Good Luck. I

What ia OMJ? Really need serious replys from counterparts who really used this PIXI machine and did they sustain back, neck and shoulder injuries, and what did they do? Because of that machine. I have 3 herniatated discs in my neck and 3 in my lumber spine which requires surgery. The pain JUST DOESNT go away. Anyone with information about you or someone you know please hit me up here so I can move forward and get some advice.. Thanks in advance for any help.
