Nearly my entire district is looking at Lilly for Atopic Derm!

Turns out Lilly's financial package is better than here. They would love to have Regeneron and Sanofi representatives. Higher bases at 180k plus, Volvo XC-60 fleet cars, and their bonus structure is so much better.
Why is it that Regeneron has a multi billion dollar drug yet the pay is very low, the fleet vehicle are bottom of the barrel, senior status is literally a joke and a half to get. What culture?
 






Why wouldn't you consider Lilly as well? You'd be stupid not to at least check it out. My manager has directly asked people if they were looking at this opportunity. What do they expect? You are going to say yes? If you could potentially make more than 30% with a better car and a new product, it is worth considering.
 












My manager is the same and very transparent and asked our team to be open if we are looking. I don’t feel weird at all telling my dm bc I want my dm to go back to the rd to get senior leadership to make some real changes. Otherwise, this company is going to see lots of people leaving. The trx for indication needs to go for the allergy/ent team—my friend on that side is looking because he said the bonus is terrible and there’s no way that ic is accurate with the data.

Where are these jobs/salary ranges posted? Are recruiters reaching out to people?
 






Yup recruiters are absolutely active and from what I hear, Lilly appreciates their reps cuz they know that we’re the face of the company to customers! Sales leadership here are a bunch of losers and can’t get a job anywhere else so they’re just riding on our hard work.

Bases will start at 180 and can go up to 205. Facts. Plus better vacation and 401k.


That's interesting considering oncology salaries are in that same range and while biologics in dermatology is a competitve market it is no where near as difficult to access a derm as it is a medical oncologist and the way we are managed into the dirt by management is no where near the same. You guys also sell a first to market, best-in-class drug while we are scraping for each NSCLC patient with a 6th to market PD-1 blocker.

Do Dupi reps make $180-$205????? That's interesting considering oncology salaries are in that same range and while biologics in dermatology is a competitve market it is no where near as difficult to access a derm as it is a medical oncologist and the way we are managed into the dirt by management is no where near the same. What college did you graduate from? Dakota State or some liberal arts college? Dupi is over 9 Billion vs Libtayo 600MM. Who makes more therefore who can command a higher salary??

Don't get me started on oncology reps. The ENTIRE INDUSTRY knows oncology reps SEE NO ONE! Literally no one. If you go into Veeva they put calls into nurses and MAs because oncologists wont even do lunches anymore. Its the dirty little secret in the oncology space but so true. Don't make any of us believe you are make several calls a day on oncologists as it is laughable. The days of saying oncology reps are the top reps are over. They don't even work. TRUTH

Truth!!! Onc reps see ZERO HCPs. Zilch! The top reps are now Biologic and Rare Disease and those are the facts. Now as far as Lilly they won’t hire from outside it’s all internal candidates. Sorry

What are you smoking? Not a fact at all and Horizon is a laugh. My girlfriend works for Lilly is she is making just under 185k base. So you are wrong.

not true at all. My good friend works at Lilly Derm division as a Psoriasis rep and his base is 215k. He’s an Exec level rep but still 180k is not only within range but easily achievable by new reps. Expecting Lebri reps to he over that actually. What is a FACT is they ARE NOT hiring from outside but rolling existing psoriasis reps.
