No we were not done as of 12/31/11. That was the last time that they would have asked us to do anything. We are all employees of Novartis Pharmaceuticals through the end of February 7th. As of February 8, 2011 we would not be employees of Novartis, unless you were out on short term disability. NY and NJ protects those out on STD, read all of the paperwork carefully. If you were injured now as a result of an accident you are still covered by Novartis disability policy, up to 13 weeks of coverage if you were employeed less than 5 years and up to 26 weeks if you were employeed more than 5 years. Read all of the paperwork that they sent in the severance package. Ask questions if you are unsure of anything.

Will be happy to out some criminals that work for this comnpany as soon as the checks are in the bank. What Novartis did to tenured performers lacked morality and ethics that they so preach. Good people who are left are scared silly becuse of fear they are next, everyone now is spinless for fear of retaliation based on what's been going on the last few years.
