NE Sales VP gone

Who? The northeast LC business or lack there of is pathetic. Either the leadership is so weak ( which I believe is) or the reps are so bad offices wont let te rep come back.

really??!! I heard he was hand picked by the new SVP there and the main reason for the turnaound up there?? Who is the replacement?

Bill is half way thru the typical 3 year NE Sr VP tenure, so it was only logical that he buys more time at this stage by having his lieutenant fall on the sword and lay the blame on that cold body. Here's what I bet: ms won't get a sniff and neither will ef.
But this is just the beginning folks. Bill has big changes planned, starting with manage care. No more hiding behind Burlington. Bills getting the reigns and clearing out the stable. Been interviewing on the sly for months now. Then big changes are coming to the sales team. Hope the rmbds are ready to get back in the trenches.

i am hearing that the sales VP position will be going to someone outside that company, but that has worked at Labcorp before. KS will be taking a managed care position in new england and new locally reporting managed care staff will be gutted with TT being the new leader.

Do you mean there is hope that we might get a managed care team that actually can close a deal? A group of people that can get in front of a customer and not embarrass themselves. About time? Good riddance! Whose running that mess anyway?

Announcement coming in the next two weeks, KS moving to managed care, still reporting to BH, new sales VP will be coming from Burlington, an old crony of BH. Decision has been approved by corporate.

moving KS to managed care?

hahahahhahahaaha. why not just have him read slides? he's equally qualified. hahahahaha.

seems this company uses managed care as a parking lot for vehicles with high mileage. seems like you need to have sucked at one or two other things before they'll move you there. good news is, KS already has a VP title so he'll fit right in.

i'm sure KS will learn tons from the manged care team we already have in place.

there is no managed care staff in raritan. of course they'd deny it, they all "work" from home and have no connection to what's actually taking place here. tick, tick, tick.

KS is based in RN and that is where they are preparing for his replacement. He is already transitioning to being based from portsmouth.

June 1 is a coming. changes already happening, some not happy with what their new role will be so they leave on their own. many simply cannot get out. been there too long to be viewed as worthwhile anywhere else. first Ops change, then the BIG announcement!

can't wait!!!
