Delaware- CW really you did not learn from TRB's error. You were stupid as a PST, you are more stuoid now- you care too much about what you look like, what you wear, what kind of car your hubby drives, what jewelry he buys you- WE Won't COME EITHER!!!!

We have and are going to find a way to prove to someone somehow that the BOTH of YOU are the most unloyal, backstabbing, individuals and it is TIME FOR YOU TO GO!!!!!!!!!!

You think you have it bad?? Try working in NJ!! Worst phleb management ever. They only hire Sups with no lab experience - so we get no help ftom them. Short staffed. Blah blah blah. Same shit. Norhing changes.
 












JJ and CE own the NE. Unless or until you all come together and speak loudly you will continue to have poor leadership! They have gotten rid of so many good sups In this division and managers as well! No one is safe, if you haven't seen that you too will get the ax! Stop taking it, you do not have too, go higher until you reach the voice that actually listens and acts! If you aren't willing to do that then vote Union yes this time. Believe me they have no doubt they will defeat the union because they have time and again. Take the que from California they did not take it lying down. LabCorp is a great company's- it's your upper management that does not deserve you! Take your leverage and use it.
