Welcome to WEEK 12 of NCAA PICK EM! There are 14 GAMES! This is a weekend of Big Spreads. I have included the teams that are in the running for the National Championship. Well maybe with the exception of Ohio State. I think they have a bye this week or are playing a power house like Indiana!

DIRECTIONS: I have attached and posted the USA Today Odds for these 14 games and chose the "average," of all of the different odds making services that USA Today endorses. Please choose wisely and see if you will be the NCAA COLLEGE FOOTBALL PICKER for the week. This is only for bragging rights!

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PICKS!!

SUMMARIZED RULES:

1) Pickers who elect to remain anonymous are welcome, but must adopt an unregistered sport's board name (ie. BroncoBoy) to get due recognition for your picks. Please identify yourself with each post.

2) During regular season play all picks will be based on the "odds" or the "point" system reported by USA Today (SportsDirect) prior to the week's games. The "points" recognized will be the "points" displayed on posted "Pick-Em" schedule that will available for viewing 3-4 days in advance of the week's games. Should the "point" spreads change after the "Pick-Em" schedule is posted - the revised "points" shall not apply.

3) YOU CANNOT EDIT YOUR PICKS & POSTS BEFORE GAME TIME!! You may pick a Thursday Night Game and make the rest of your picks before 11:00 AM SATURDAY EASTERN TIME!!

4) Not all NCAA Div. 1 games will make the weekly "Pick-Em" schedule. Only those major games of interest. We are going for quality here. Not quantity. Games with a 21 "point" spread or greater are highly discouraged. If a picker wants to add an unlisted game contact the interim coordinator BroncoBoy.

5) All pickers shall show respect and courtesy toward their fellow pickers (BRONCOBOY!). A competitive spirit is fine. But let's keep it clean and be friends. We don't want to evolve into vitriol and mean spiritness that got the poli board shut down. Be nice to one another.

6) In the event of a board dispute on operational matters - all disputes will be resolved by the majority. There are no kings or queens on this board who have the final say. We are a democracy - and the majority rules. If the majority is only 2 people - so be it.

7) Post-season play (bowl games) shall be based on straight picks and NOT the "point" system used during regular season play.

8. PLEASE!! BOLD & UNDERLINE ALL OF YOUR PICKS!!

I am sorry I posted the Utah Vs. Oregon line at: -2.5 it was supposed to be -25. I am going to keep it like it is and it will be a "gimmie," this week. We need one of those every once in awhile! :)

I see that Saban just landed the top DE Recruit in the country, beating out Michigan and Florida. The rich get richer.

I don't understand why BAMA keeps landing top recruits if Saban is going to Texas?

Do you think Michigan State can take down Ohio State in the Big 10 Championship? State is the toughest defense in the Big 10.

Their Front Four is a lot better than I thought. Another Bullough (third generation), is having a great career at State. What I like reminding my Michigan friends, is that this is a mid-30's National Recruiting Class, versus a Top 10-15 class (Michigan). I am optimistic that we could give them a good game, but they are way deeper than MSU.

some people are bantering around the possibility of OREGON vs CLEMSON at the Orange Bowl.

What do y'all think?

Sorry I missed Thurs and Fri games.

Why no Gators vs Cocks game? Don't know the spread, but it has to be better than the FSU game.

I would have posted it but since Florida has had such a rough season I didn't know if you would have wanted me to? You are correct I am sure it is a closer line than FSU and whoever they are playing. What do you think about the allegations concerning Jameis Winston (sexual assault)?? He might not get the Heisman with this issue going around.

The rumor is Coach Boom will be back next year. Most people feel that since the Gators have had so many fluke injuries it is not his fault.

What do y'all think?

I would love to see this matchup! I am sure the BCS is going to screw it up some how. I thought the Orange Bowl was usually an ACC School Vs. an SEC/Big 10 School?

I think it has something to do with West Coast Teams. For instance the Rose Bowl is always PAC 12 Vs. Big 10. The Sugar Bowl is now going to be Big 21 Vs. SEC from now on.

I just don't think PAC 12 teams play in the Orange Bowl? I might be wrong but I am fairly certain that the Pac 12 is tied in with the Rose Bowl and Fiesta Bowl?

USC VICTORY!!!:D

I was at the game, WOW- it was the most exciting game I've ever been to. Looks like Coach O might be keeping his job.
Also-- The Auburn win was amazing.

Yes the PAC-12 always play in Rose Bowl, they would only play in the Orange Bowl if it was a national championship game. The PAC12 teams are always battling for The Rose Bowl-- unless they go to a National championship bowl. I don't think Ore is going to a National Championship Bowl-- I think they are going to have to fight to be in the Rose Bowl.

Hey Bama--- your boys didn't even beat the spread!! I am thinking they should drop from No1.

NCAA FOOTBALL WEEK 12 PICK EM!!

1. DRUG DUMPER!!! (9-5) Just like Clemson you are starting to show some sign of life here at the end of the season! Tell Mr. Dump that you both did a great job with the picks!!

2. TINKRBELLE (8-6) BAMABOY (8-6) VAGITARIAN (8-5) All three of Tink's teams won on Saturday. Arizona State, Michigan and USC! Vag you got (8-5) because you did not make a pick for the TCU Vs. Kansas State game.

3. FUCKTARD (6-6) 50% is not that bad. Your Gators also looked improved from the previous week.

Yeah I should have known BAMA would come out playing flat since they just had a major game with LSU. Fortunately this year they played Miss State and not Texas A&M after beating LSU. Miss State has a very physical defense but their offense is horrible.

It is always a tough week when Auburn wins a big game and BAMA struggles to win. That Georgia/Auburn game was the best of the week. The ending of that game was just amazing! I was really pulling for the DAWGS because if they would have won then BAMA would automatically play for the SEC Championship Game.

The Coaches vote for #1 . If most of them see BAMA as the #1 Team then that is what it is. I agree that they did not play as the #1 Team this weekend. They have a cupcake this week before the IRON BOWL!!!

BAMABOY's WEEK 12 THOUGHTS:

Libs has got to be loving him some SPARTY right now!! Michigan State's defense dominated the game. Hats off to them going to Nebraska and pulling out a major win. Ohio State did not look so great against Illinois? Maybe when they face a real defense like Michigan State they may not play so great?

USC pulled out a big win against Stanford!! I really thought all of you were crazy for picking USC. Ed Oregeron should be the next head coach at USC!! USC just interviewed Jack Del Rio. His son plays back up QB (3rd String) at BAMA. This is an incredible turn around for a team. He deserves a shot at it!!

So it comes down to the IRON BOWL ALABAMA VS. AUBURN to decide who will be the next National Champion. The IRON BOWL will be in AUBURN (The Barn) which I am concerned about. I cannot believe AUBURN is 10-1. Last season they were 3-9. What a major turn around. AUBURN runs an option type of offense which bothers me. BAMA struggles with spread option types of offenses. BAMA is not going to be overlooking Auburn (Auburn fans said this back in 2009 when it was a close game). The IRON BOWL will decide who plays in the SEC Championship game and who potentially might play in the National Championship..
