Welcome to Week 9 of the Cafe Pharma College Football Pick Em! This is a fairly good week with some good games. We will see more In-State rivalries in November as we approach the end of the Season. Can you believe we are already half way through?

DIRECTIONS: I have attached and posted the YAHOO Odds for these 14 games and chose the "average," of all of the different odds making services that YAHOO endorses. Please choose wisely and see if you will be the NCAA COLLEGE FOOTBALL PICKER for the week. This is only for bragging rights!

SUMMARIZED RULES:


1) Pickers must now adopt a registered name.

2) During regular season play all picks will be based on the "odds" or the "point" system reported by USA Today (SportsDirect) prior to the week's games. The "points" recognized will be the "points" displayed on posted "Pick-Em" schedule that will available for viewing 3-4 days in advance of the week's games. Should the "point" spreads change after the "Pick-Em" schedule is posted - the revised "points" shall not apply.

3) You can only edit your picks before 12:00 AM Saturday Eastern Time for Saturday Games. You cannot edit picks for games already in progress!

4) Not all NCAA Div. 1 games will make the weekly "Pick-Em" schedule. Only those major games of interest. We are going for quality here. Not quantity. Games with a 21 "point" spread or greater are highly discouraged.

5) All pickers shall show respect and courtesy toward their fellow pickers . A competitive spirit is fine. But let's keep it clean and be friends. We don't want to evolve into vitriol and mean spiritness that got the poli board shut down. Be nice to one another.

6) In the event of a board dispute on operational matters - all disputes will be resolved by the majority. There are no kings or queens on this board who have the final say. We are a democracy - and the majority rules. If the majority is only 2 people - so be it.

7) Post-season play (bowl games) shall be based on straight picks and NOT the "point" system used during regular season play.

NCAA COLLEGE FOOTBALL PICK EM! WEEK 9! FINAL:

1. WHITE TRASH!!! (10-4) Great Job WT! You got the Ole Miss Vs. LSU pick right! You also predicted BAMA and Auburn would not cover.

2. VAGITARIAN (9-5) Good Job! I hope your KC Royals get back on track and beat the GIANTS!

3. BAMABOY (7-7) 50% and I will take it!

4. TINKRBELLE (6-8) Southern Cal did not come through and if Jolston Fowler of Alabama did not fumble the damn ball on the 1 Yard Line BAMA would have covered the SPREAD!!! ARGH!!! Hey you got the Ole Miss Vs. LSU pick right as well!

BAMABOY WEEK 9 FINAL THOUGHTS:

LSU upsets OLE MISS "OLE PISS/OLE SIS"!! Ole Miss fans can be rather arrogant because they think they are the Aristocrats of the Old South. Their famous saying is, "We might not win the game but we have never lost a party." Their fans especially men wear these obnoxious red pants and bow ties... It is a little much...

I cannot believe how much SMACK TALK Brady Hoke and his team talked on Saturday. Look I always do believe that Auburn is BAMA's little brother in my heart. I don't say it though if they are on a 6 or 7 game winning streak! Michigan Players cannot talk this kind of trash when they have struggled this year. It is kind of depressing seeing Michigan suck year after year. I am not a Michigan Fan but they are a blue blood of College Football with lots of tradition and I respect them but I do not respect Hoke who condones these kind of actions..

This is the First Week that The Play Off Committee will meet to start ranking the final four teams for the rest of the season. Should be interesting to see what transpires. BRING ON WEEK 10!!
