SUMMARIZED RULES:

1) During regular season play all picks will be based on the "odds" or the "point" system reported by YAHOO (SportsDirect) prior to the week's games. The "points" recognized will be the "points" displayed on posted "Pick-Em" schedule that will available for viewing 3-4 days in advance of the week's games. Should the "point" spreads change after the "Pick-Em" schedule is posted - the revised "points" shall not apply.

2) You can only edit your picks before 12:00 AM Saturday Eastern Time for Saturday Games. You cannot edit picks for games already in progress!

3) Not all NCAA Div. 1 games will make the weekly "Pick-Em" schedule. Only those major games of interest. We are going for quality here. Not quantity. Games with a 21 "point" spread or greater are highly discouraged.

4) A Tied final point spread game also known as a PUSH will be considered a "win" for every player.

5) All pickers shall show respect and courtesy toward their fellow pickers . A competitive spirit is fine. But let's keep it clean and be friends.

6) In the event of a board dispute on operational matters - all disputes will be resolved by the MODERATOR:BAMABOY

7) Post-season play (bowl games) shall be based on straight picks and NOT the "point" system used during regular season play.

Week 6. Would everyone look at the line posted on Texas Oklahoma in post #1? Here's what was just said to me:

I am very sorry for the confusion but the posted line was OKLAHOMA VS. TEXAS +17.

Here's what I SEE:

TEXAS VS. OKLAHOMA +17 "THE RED RIVER RIVALRY"
(Nowhere do I see Texas + 17)


So to ME, this means Oklahoma gets 17 points? Everyone who copied BB’s post #1 shows the same thing. Including Libs’ pick (post #7) TEXAS VS. OKLAHOMA +17 "THE RED RIVER RIVALRY"

If Oklahoma was favored the posted line SHOULD have read Oklahoma – (minus) 17.

That’s the way all the other favorites (like Penn State, Clemson, West Virginia, and Alabama) read.

I agree with Libs, I just became frustrated after trying several times. We do ALL (including me) appreciate you taking this on. I'd argue just the same if we were talking over a beer but it's done and thanks for checking.

No worries let's just move on to this week. If someone could double check the spreads I would really appreciate it. If anyone here sees a weird line posted please say something immediately!

I double checked my posted lines for this week so we should be alright for Week 7. Also I am going to post the final scores in a separate post. I was being a lazy bastard by just editing the original posted spreads.

Yep an Ice Cold Beer after this day sounds good to me!

Georgia is giving 16 points. Therefore for the player to get the pick correct Georgia will have to beat Mizzou by 16 or more points.
