SUMMARIZED RULES:

1) During regular season play all picks will be based on the "odds" or the "point" system reported by YAHOO (SportsDirect) & ESPN prior to the week's games. The "points" recognized will be the "points" displayed on posted "Pick-Em" schedule that will available for viewing 3-4 days in advance of the week's games. Should the "point" spreads change after the "Pick-Em" schedule is posted - the revised "points" shall not apply.

2) You can only edit your picks before 12:00 AM Saturday Eastern Time for Saturday Games. You cannot edit picks for games already in progress!

3) Not all NCAA Div. 1 games will make the weekly "Pick-Em" schedule. Only those major games of interest. We are going for quality here. Not quantity. Games with a 21 "point" spread or greater are highly discouraged.

4) A Tied final point spread game also known as a PUSH will be considered a "win" for every player.

5) All pickers shall show respect and courtesy toward their fellow pickers . A competitive spirit is fine. But let's keep it clean and be friends.

6) In the event of a board dispute on operational matters - all disputes will be resolved by the MODERATOR:BAMABOY

7) Post-season play (bowl games) shall be based on straight picks and NOT the "point" system used during regular season play.

UCF VS. UNC

WEST VIRGINIA VS. N.C. STATE

It has been my policy in the past that all players will receive canceled games as "WINS."

I just want you to all know there is a lot WINNING here at CFB Pick Em. We are all going to WIN BIGLY this season! :)

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns but I think this is the best policy?

  • I broke up with one of my great loves at Holden Beach....way before Mr. Dump, and before I could make him victim #2. And you're right, it's been some scary shit. We scattered my brother last weekend on the Wachesaw River in Murrells Inlet, SC...I figure by now he's probably swirling around the marshes and getting ready to be blown out of there. He was a claims adjuster and literally lived for hurricanes to hit. The bigger the 'cane, the bigger the payout. We'll probably see between 6 and 10 inches of rain on Sunday-Monday with winds around 40-50 mph.

I reached out to our friendly Mods and received word back. We will just have to work through the Moderator Approval Issue. Here is what I recommend.

If you post your picks before kickoff on Saturday and those picks have to have Moderator Approval and don't get posted till after kickoff they will count. This is the best solution I can think of? Let me know if you agree with this solution. I guess the best advice is if you can remember to make your picks before the close of business each Friday that would really be preferable.

I would like to hear back from y'all agree with this policy? I want everyone to play and make their picks.
