NC Xiidra coverage

Is it unfair to anyone else that NC has had the best commercial coverage across the country and their entire team is going to win PC? I know most of them and they don’t have any credible skill or talent to justify a win. Our entire quota and comp plan sucks. PS, JS and MC need to fix this jacked up place or you’re going to keep losing reps, one by one.

Support what? That our company leaders are either too stupid or too lazy to realize that managed care coverage drives performance? Every other company sets goals based on your access potential so why can't these assholes wake the fuck up?

This quarter IS THE FIRST FUCKING Quarter They have aligned goals with access!!! You must really suck! Finally have a comp plan that is weighted more on X history than potential. I have below average MC coverage but making coin now b/c I’m growing over my X history. This means your X history sucks and you still suck. Sucks to be you!

Ya I don't care what kind EMR they use, if it tells them it's not covered they aren't writing it. Market access is awful (no its not 89%covered everywhere). There's nothing to demystify other than why does our MC team suck so bad?

A detail game? Seriously? Our vis aid hasn't changed since launch, nobody is talking about the moa anymore. Docs know. Certification every meeting is old and this game sounds stupid!
