NC/SC DM Opening

run away...we have no juice...ARQT is just better at dermatology and they still suck....look at their stock despite their sales...we offer nothing but a toxic sales culture....you could try UCB but just know going in that they are ULTRA woke...it matters more to them than sales....if I were you, I'd stay wherever you are unless you are at Pfizer derm or Amgen derm and then I'd work at Chipotle before staying with those outfits...

There used to be some seriously skilled people in those meetings, and the culture was great, but now it feels like we’re stuck in a dry, negative environment. Todd Z is too prideful to recognize his failures. He didn’t build a supportive culture; he created a crab bucket where everyone’s trying to climb, but if one makes it, the others pull them back down.

He’s also incredibly insincere. When I talk to him, it feels like he’s not really listening—just pretending to so he can rush back to his little circles for some ego boosts. Arcutis played it smart with Dermavant. Doctors appreciate that Arcutis listened and offered real choices, while we kept dismissing them by fixating on pathways. The truth is, doctors don’t care about pathways; they just want to get from A to B quickly and without hassle. Arcutis understands this and avoids the endless calls and complications.

I’m tired of defending against side effects. The money's gone, and it’s obvious why the top talent left Dermavant last year. Todd tries to show vulnerability, but what we really need is a leader who knows what he’s doing—not someone who oversold to investors and is now stressed out and losing his hair. The only reason we’re still here is the hope of a buyout, thinking we might see $100-$300 per share. But let’s be honest—that’s not happening. He kept saying we’d be sold by now, but nobody wants to touch Dermavant.

Agree fully with this post aside from the share value… was never going to be more than $20-30 and now we’d be lucky to be even at $5! And we have to still deal with this terrible culture every day. It’s astounding that Roivant has not changed the senior leadership despite this poor performance. Fake promises messing with so many people’s careers…

Resignations coming next week to prepare for BMS start date. More coming for UCB. This place is the worst. Lots of shadiness going on, and heard there is someone about to blow the whistle.
