NC Rep

Selling?

You talk shit about your manager, you talk shit about the other reps, you talk shit about the company and now your such an obnoxious loser piece of shit you get everyone shut out

Thats not selling thats called being a smelly piece of shit

Its called selling dumbass. Give it a try and your numbers might be as good as mine!

Wrong. It’s not selling and providers are all too savvy with the faux “Challenger Rep” these days. Just because a rep
‘passes’ a company certified sales program doesn’t imply you have self-awareness or emotional intelligence.
Providers know exactly wtf you are angling at and may play along a few times. Don’t act bigger than your role and try to swing a big dick.
It’s the age of the internet and providers can get real info on any med without the hassle and sales slanting that pushy reps provide.
Btw, I have been both a rep and manager and the good reps despite ‘sales numbers’ have high social and emotional intelligence. Insecure reps need the pat on the back and boast about performance, which is largely dependent on the luck of your territory.

Exactly my point! Everyone in this industry acts "bigger than the roll". We are so overpaid to be freaking caterers and kiss ass brown-nosers. Which is exactly why these jobs will be obsolete in 2-3 years. If you have been both a manager and rep then you should know the game and the only reason you're still doing this gig is because you're too afraid to reinvent yourself. I hope you've saved your money or invested wisely, unless you're a year or two away from retirement. God bless those of you in your 30's or 40's who still have another 20+ years to work. This freedom and entitlement will soon be over.
