What a surprise! NC and DC win all the awards because WC buys all the doctors for his boys DB and CP! Any district could win if they were $100,000 over budget. Hold your vomit while S Glenn and D Ebbing and A bollinger get awards for doing nothing. Worse is the new reps at NC riding coat tails. The only thing worse is the training department is $500,000 over on their French fries and ice cream budget. No wonder company could not hit 160 million!
 






All the volume that keeps this company afloat comes from Charlotte, Cincinatti, and LA! Market share is a joke. How do people like Nachell even justify their jobs? At least So Cal has the biggest lunches that can been seen from space. I hope JD doesn't float away during the super moon!

The truth is this company could cut all districts but SoCal, NC and Va and we would still do fine. Less overhead and pay those that are getting marketshare. I can think of a lot of territories in the midwest and northeast that could be cut and no one would even know the difference.
We'll see who preforms against generic bromfenac. I guarantee those that lose their shares to generic will be cut.
 












I know how the NC district is doing it because I rode with one of the tenured reps when I was first hired. These folks work pretty hard plus they have great access. The NC rep I rode with literally made 11 stops with a 20 minute lunch. They new the names of EVERYONE in the offices they called on and they used very low pressure sales tactics. It was an awesome experience seeing how they operate. If you have the chance ride with one of them and I guarantee you change the way you do business.
