my lawsuit will be on on grounds that I have to make twice as many calls as another rep as I have been given twice the targets making my bonus unattainable based on the metrics.

They are bat shit crazy. OBU rep. Sending me past 3 three territories on the total opposite end of my state several hours away to see 1 optometrist? I have no the doctors anywhere nearby. 1 day. 1 call. How often do I do this? And HOW is this helping my territory or the company? Another rep driving four hours to the territory that borders mine less than 30 miles from me to see one optometrist. When my numbers go down and they company about my lack of calls, I'm jumping on the lawsuit with you.

OBU rep here. Agreed, this is bat shit crazy! Drs are already complaining about not needing to see another rep and only getting one co-pay card/sample. I feel really bad for the NBU, they need to be able to focus on vyvanse. This is nuts!!

Well that won't happen with our unattainable goals I'm sure they are planning that we still don't know about! I guess they think if they keep us spinning like crazy we won't notice the stupid goals!
