NBU SEPTEMBER BONUS REPORTS

The numbers are in and no word of an adjustment for Q3 bonus payouts. More calls are being made, insane profit increases, and reps are outperforming last year's performance week over week. The company is going to hit their $2 BILLION dollar goal and all I get is a speaker, a yeti cup and a pat on the back. My numbers are so much more improved over last year, yet my income is plummeting. Is that a definition of GRIT? So demotivating!

Take your numbers that show your growth, stick them in your brag book and go get a job that pays fairly. There are a couple of companies hiring expansion sales forces nationwide look for psych relationships. I'm interviewing with one- bases start in 6 figures and go up based on performance. The bonuses have killed me this year so I'm exploring my options. Good luck!

I don't know that you need to leave over one bad year... that can happen anywhere. If it looks like this is the "new NBU" however, I too plan to explore options. Care to share what companies are looking?
