here we go... NBS cuts in the US, with the so called leaders keeping their jobs. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians... correction: they are moving everything to India. This is so wrong on many levels. I guess Vas has to Support his home country!!!

hey dumbass unless you are a Native American you have no right to point a finger at anyone who lives in America and has lineage from another country. He has nothing to do with Outsourcing jobs from the USA to India it's much higher up.
Outsourcing and cutting jobs is messed up that's really what this is about.

Completely agree with you, except the outsourcing piece. Might just be coincidental then that India is becoming the new powerhouse, I mean 2500 people get fired in Switzerland, and the jobs move to India, EH gets hit in NBS, moves to India. Perhaps you are suggesting Vas is nothing more than a puppet?!?

It probably depends on the division, I would say there is a bias in HR towards the Brits, I’ve seen some top Americans get pushed out (black males), in IT I’ve seen US and Brits/Australians etc get kicked! So yeah, it happens
