National sales meetings


























Love the new SSP. Not once do we get direction on coverage objections. This objection is brought up everyday in almost every office and not once is it addressed!!!! Good luck moving the needle without addressing the real problems. Get ready for the worst back to school we've seen yet.
 
































Tomorrow marks the 5th week for Q3 and we have yet to receive our quotas. That's 40% of the quarter gone and we still don't have our quotas for the Q3. If you are issuing quotas based off the previous quarter and not the current quarter trend there is no reason for this long of a delay. Quotas should be issued the second week of every Quarter. While you are at it you may want to adjust quotas. The national average for quota attainment for Q2 was 92.8%!!! Thats a big separation from quota. Keep this crap up and an exodus is coming.
 
















I haven’t worked here for too long but it seems like everybody at this company is all brainwashed, or something? It’s like they constantly lie but part of me thinks they might actually believe what they’re saying? At least the lower level managers anyways. And they are CONSTANTLY riding along. That’s honestly been the worst part, it’s completely unproductive and my offices/ customers always comment about it. The reps who have been here a while just seem dead inside. Whats the deal, is this normal for Pharma? Is this company more just like a stepping stone to a “real” job in the industry?

I have no doubt my RD enjoys doing ride alongs purely because he hates being with his family. My region as well as my HCP’s are blessed with his shitty mannerisms and awkwardness.

It’s sad that HCP staff make fun of my RD when I’m there without him, with no instigation on my part. Most offices simply get annoyed by him.
