Hearing for the OI securities fraud lawsuit is today at 11:00am in New York. Some possible defendant arguments to dismiss the case: we didn't mean to defraud investors - we're just really bad at running our company. We only allow inside stock sales for a select few during the blackout periods. We went public through a SPAC, so any investor should know we're not legit. Lots of headwinds.
