You are still there because no one in CRM has hired you. Work harder and good things will come!

Killed it while I was there and then left cardiac altogether.
Landed on my feet and killing it ever since.
Hardest part was trying to explain what we sold and how we were ranked, plan, comp, etc...

Did he have to stay 3 people to a room like so many others? I hope his house wasn't in the path of the hurricane that went up the coast that One year. Remember how Marshall wouldn't let anyone in NY go home and make sure their homes and families were safe? Yeah that rocked!!
 
























To my team. I know these sessions are painful. I get everything negative you want to say...however, can we just agree to do the following so we can minimize the pain and get home unscathed and without future discussions post-meeting: 1) Professionally-arrive on time and make a political appearance at breakfast and smile with a thumbs up. 2.) Sit together be a team (cover each other). 3.) Be prepared, be early, be enthusiastic (I don't care if you have to take a pill to do so please do it, and share!) 4.) Mind your public phone manners. Sad that a manager feels compelled to post this on a public message board to a group of "professionals". Don't know who it speaks more to the manager or the "professionals"!

I've got an idea. If you get all the (and I'm not using the word negative. Our comments are directed towards things we need to be more productive) why not address the issues SO THERE IS NO PAIN!!! Don't ask us to line up behind you and walk off a cliff! We've supported your policies that have made our jobs more difficult for years. Now you ask once again to follow you over the cliff!! ENOUGH! You act professional and own up to your leadership role and fight for the things we need to do our job! We don't need a tape recorder. thumbs up? Really? Smile? Really? Eat shit? Really? Why? so you can recieve a gold star and your boss can comment on how well behaved your children are? If you didn't hire children you wouldn't have to post such stupid comments. Please go back to pharma and check your sample reports.
