heard the former rep was promoted.
was it promoted to customer or just the standard HR answer to why a spot is open?

That is also great to hear about Stovenour, he was definately in over his head.

I spent 6months with this company and it was the worst decision I had ever made. I had my reservations after interviewing with Reed and Stovenour, but took the job because I needed it. Reed managed with intimidation and fear, everyone knows it, HR and Stovenour, but knowbody would do anything about it. It was liking being in the wild west and the rules were made up by Reed and would change on a day to day basis.

Another former rep under Matt Reed . I left because of him, no other reason, life is too short to be intimidated like that
