New orders are strong and the price increase is well received.

Nationwide launch remains ahead of schedule and an order surge is expected shortly thereafter late june/early july

70 new reps to promote nascobal is vastly overstated.

Nice attempt at using capital letters and periods for once Pee, but the syntax and spacing still gives you away.

So did you get your data from IMS directly, or is that what they told you when you called and asked about it?

And what exactly is "70 new reps to promote nascobal is vastly overstated." supposed to mean?

I'm thinking Pee doesn't speak english and is using a translator when he posts, hence the phrases that make no sense and mis-used words...god I am so sick of him, leave us alone PEE!

I've sold this product in the past with orginal company... it was a joke. Doctors don't care and don't want to hear about a nasal spray that will "try" and take the place of injections. Injections are much cheaper and coverage is horrible!

Now that the Megace ES market has been significantly reduced thanks to the federal investigation on off label sales to LTC facilities with no HIV patients, the current sales force needs something to sell, it will be all nascobal and androgel until 2010. At that point Solvay may give us a new product (they can swap androgel out at any time based on our agreement with them, or take it away completely...) and we may actually squeeze something out of the constantly shrinking strativa pipeline.

It is unfortunate that upper management didn't think of this before spending so much money on recruiting for positions that will not be filled, unfortunate but no surprising.

- late march ims data was based on sales prior to doj investigation, prior to change in megace sales strategy - you don't know anything about this industry or this company.

Idiot.

so this pee guy, doesn't work for this company and goes on here to do what exactly? What a freak, leave us strativa people be you nut job, get a life, we all have our own problems, we don't need your wierdness in the mix.

but to the above post, if you had promoted nascobal in the past and what you say is true, then this company is doomed, they've put so much money into this, if it fails it will be the end of strativa, cause we all know megace es is a sinking ship.

qol did no promotions and did not even have a web site for nascobal

the 20% ++ PRICE INCREASE says it all

U r a moron. a kid of 5 can search google and find the old web site and qol had 15 sales reps. is that "no promotions?" ims shows qol doubled sales in 2 yrs with only 15 reps and there are 5 million patients in us getting injections. do the math.

My insurance covers nascobal in full with a $$10 co pay. The pharma charged $$281 for a 2 month supply. Sales were brisk according to the pharmacist. I asked about other 3 parties and she advised that the medicaid discounts were negligible. Patients want to stop the painful injections.
