Please fire all the Meda reps! Mylan wants nothing to do with them! They add no value and I have never seen a bigger bunch of rejects. Plus Aerospan is a dog that no one wants any part of. When I told my doctors that we purchased Meda, they asked why we would do that. They banned the Meda rep from the office long ago and will never use Dymista because there are better OTC products. Please get rid of them or you are going to see a lot of good Mylan reps jump ship!

Dude, I have bought flonase OTC and it is not cheap. When a steroid is not enough, you need the additional the antihistamine this is a a good choice

there are tons of different steroids OTC now and they are dirt cheap. Antihistamines are pennies. How is a 90 dollar rx product a logical choice? No one can afford their epipens now! Why do they have a sales force? AMRs are the only talented smart reps

AMR's are completely useless. I seriously doubt that the title change and the fact that the "specialty" team has been "selling" for less than a quarter will help their cause.
