Did you not read any of this? The problem is all the material the PED reps have to give offices has all 4 doses listed. It doesn’t say the highest approved dose is 25mg for 13-17 year olds. So we can be selling on label for what we are telling them, but what we show them or leave behind (dosing card) doesn’t reflect that.This is why Takeda should and will fire all the useless NBU reps - you learn the label, go through training, yet promote off label?
