1. This was an attack on the reps. You should add sales simulations to the list of forms of harassment.
2. Next time skip on using child psychs for the mock details
3. The coaches on the mock calls were a joke. Nothing positve to say to anyone
4. Next time let's have all the big wigs show us how its done
5. Being able to think like a customer is not the problem.........poor leadership is
6. Last but not least..............happy reps sell more,unhappy ones don't leave the house.

Could not agree more with your post. I had a doctor in my mock call tell me, "He doesn't treat Schizophrenia." Then I was told, after this call, that I didn't uncover his need.

Complete waste of time.

Please understand that our leadership team needs to justify our jobs in house. We needed to create something for the representatives in order to kill our meeting time.
