My Sept & Dec Bonus will be much smaller than training bonus

I got injected for this company. A decision I regret everyday of my life. I did it for my family. I thought with all the hype we would make good money. My wife needs a new car and both my chidren need braces. This is my reality. I really wish I would have moved on.

All I have left at the moment is a short, bald, fat, angry, black man from the armpit of our society whipping us like a kentucky derby horse.

I've been unemployed since November and have an interview on Friday. I'm reading all of this an getting nervous but I have to make money somehow. What general part of the country are you in? Is it like this everywhere? What should I realistically ask for in base if I'm never going to get a bonus? I have over 10 years exp in pharma.

Totally understand. Just do some digging ahead of time because it’s bad. Lots of upheaval in the Midwest lately.
