All managers are afraid to really do anything without being told it's ok. None of them have a voice anymore, they are just told what to do and they do it. You have to lean in.... I've been here 8 yrs and I am starting to wonder where this company is going.

Reps and managers at this company had it easy. You will have to start to work again.

You may even be responsible for a quarterly sales number. This is a dramatic change for your company with great products but a poor field sales force.

Almost all RA DMs are spineless and clueless. It is puzzling to see how this great company would bring these people to management. 6 years in this franchise, I ran into maybe 1 or 2 that actually knew what was going on in the field.

This company will go to great lengths to promote the feminist types. They love them some female leaders. Whether they can lead is irrelevant. It's all about "diversity".

most are just freaking tools. they really kill me when they facilitate our workshops at the meetings. i think I know one that has some clues.

Come over to Oncology, you've never seen bad managers like this. I've been here 5 yrs and can't believe what i see. They have to be told what to think.

Try working for Meaghan. It's like being a contestant on fear factor. Awful attitude, talks down to you, eats like a slob during discussions. Just gross!

Funny, we were discussing Meaghan the other day. She probably could be helpful to us, but she just seems so miserable with her personal life that it carries over. There are other managers at plenty of companies I'm sure that happens with too though. She is abrasive and too hard on people though.I don't know about the eating habits.
