My manager told his entire district to start applying for other jobs. This place is not going to exist the full year of 2025 before it goes bankrupt.
Kudos to this manager for looking out for their team.

First of all yes HE did. Secondly, I’ve been in Pharma for a coons age and we always say “district”. I still say it! This is the only place that calls “districts” “regions”!

Why do you all find any of this surprising??? Look at the health of this company. The out of the blue PIPs, budget cuts 3 months into launch, firing VP of sales less than a year into launch, the stock price, the orange book issue.

Our manager actually tells some of us everything. At least we aren’t completely in the dark.
