My Crappy bonus better hit FRIDAY

Let's say you have a good year and make $30,000 bonus

Let's say another rep has a less than average year and makes $20,000 bonus

$10000 difference or $6500 difference after taxes.

That is $125 per week more bonus. I will give up $125 a week to spend more time with the kids, play golf or work part time on the side. The bonus is not worth the extra effort.

I disagree. I want the money. However, you know good goals = good bonus. Or formulary wins. Im not even sure if we have good data anymore. I think we just make it up to fit how much money is in the pot. If MS is growing at 30% they should be knocking some sweat jack. But i get the impression they are not.

A question to anyone who knows how to verify sales data and the corresponding payout that goes with it, if you are one of the reps. who got let go in Feb.?
