Year after year I have tried not to care as I only get frustrated, but I know my numbers are not being properly represented for my efforts, relationships, and RXs coming into my territory. Lately it has become much worse as if the company is making/saving money but not paying out fairly. I know for a fact as I have counted records of my offices, pharmacies, and other way of tracking. It is most evident when payout month is awaiting final results/rankings. Example 99% one month, 103%next month 101% next month and then payout month 93% for a crap payout? Consistantly.....

Does anyone else have this type of story to share?? Please share...
 






All of our numbers are lies!!! That's why I have contacted an attorney and I suggest everyone do the same. This may be the next class action suit against Novartis! I have detailed reports from active-reporting accounts and pharmacies that show the misrepresented numbers. This practice of falsely reporting our progress and then holding us accountable at mid year and year end is going to stop and the only way Novartis ever listens is when they are slapped with a law suit. I feel for them when a judge hits their counsel with a subpoena requesting all IMS data reported to them and what they filter to us. Guess what! It's not proprietary information when a judge asks for it. They know their screwed. They say don't bite the hand that feeds you- well executive leadership you've been chewing our asses out for years based on false numbers - now it's your turn!
