My AE is the worst, how's yours?

My AE boasts about how they have nothing to do and zero accountability. He brings zero value to the sales team and can't even answer basic questions about coverage. What gives? Why do we have so many?
 




Doug needs to go next. Growing the AE team to the level it is was a huge mistake. My regional AE hardly works. In fact I don't think many of them do based on what they say and what RBDs and DBMs say. If Jakob want to cut costs, start with that team including the VPs. What a waste of $$. Big expense, very little if any ROI.
 




















If we're going to eliminate people and we are, start with the AE team. Employers, IDNs? Really? What impact do the AEs make? None that I've seen. Complete wast of salaries. This team is useless. I'm not saying this to be mean, it's just a fact. And 4 VPs plus Doug. Don't have to be an economist to figure this one out.
