Okay I would really like to know what others think of the MVD West Region Leadership Team. In my 5+ years in this division I have seen some interesting changes. These individuals are the pros at brown nosing that it is almost scary how scared they are of their own shadows. Any thoughts from anyone who is not an S3 or higher cause I would not believe a word that comes out of your mouth to begin with.

Tom the terrible is a paper bully. He talks tough because he's got so many soft, non-confrontational yes folks that serve him and don't call him out for all of the garbage he says or dumps on them. Outside the job, this corporate fast tracking pus ball would get beat down by a pre-teen if he treated them like he treats his employees.

Wow for 10 years I have never seen any posts that directly reference this group on here. It is too bad, as even though this group is not perfect, I thought it was a great enough group and classy enough to not need to be on here.

I think the reason it has come to this (there are several posts now) is because there are no real forms of feedback we can give our director. Word Document that gets forwarded to ROA and is then compiled, has not been very confidential in the past. The managers know who wrote what very easily. The RD should use a private and anonymous survey like the corporate surveys that allow feedback on the RD and CTL's. This is necessary not to whine or complain but give coaching that could benefit them.

The MVD west RD is a likable and good guy, but he does not want to hear real feedback. Many questions reps ask are stupid, like stuff about cars or things he cant control. But when he shuts down discussion on these things he shuts down the open feeling for other real issues that could make us all better.

It was also obvious he was annoyed by the implantation of the new promotion process, when he should have been excited about it for us. We work hard for him, and he should have wanted this for us. He had his opportunities and we just want ours.
 












Everyone marches to a tune from above unfortunately most are tone deaf! I have to compliment the comment on cars, etc because it may not be anything Phil can control but it shows he really does not care about his extended family anymore than the leadership above him.....car selection is an easy way to provide reps with a little value especially now that our salaries have been froze indefinitely! Unfortunately corporate America holds the cards right now so they do not have to value employees because there is some other poor schmuck out there to drink the Kool Aide.
 






They should absolutely keep the MVD West Region Leadership! It is so damn easy to fool those idiots that I might actually have to work if they replaced them haha. All that you have to do is tell them what they want to hear and you can fly under the radar indefinitely.
 


















I think the heat has been on them lately. They seem to be more focused lately. Maybe thats because they perceive their new counterparts as threats.

They are also nervous about Todd Nichols. You heard him on stage at the annual meeting in Phoenix. He said he is a simple guy and he already sees that MVID has made selling vaccines more complicated than it has to be with all of the emails, meetings and fire drill projects that do nothing to help generate vaccine sales. Let's hope he finally realizes that Alina and the people she hired are the problem and not the sales force.
 






Maybe hqs has finally figured out that the DCOs out here are a bunch of losers that have been coasting for years. We're lucky that we have great products and bundled contracts.
