Let take our company back we may have to unionize to do this. Everyone worked hard last year with a two day run rate, vectibix and we proved we can run a 5 shift structure and the work gets done. We were not even asked our opinion. I have been with this company for 9 years and watched them slowly take away what made this a good company. Tony doesnt care about us.
