Why is it that the Company ‘nominated’ certain employees as ‘Rising Stars’ or ‘Luminaries’ to an external, single-gender organization?
1. So, Novo Nordisk (maybe Pia can answer this), please publish the criteria to be considered as a Rising Star or a Luminary.
Other than having a vag, what do you have to do ?
Is it not discriminatory to have this award exclusively for one gender ?
Why are no males nominated for awards ?
btw, how many males are there in HR ?
2. And to you marketers who post about your being nominated by ‘DTC Perspectives’, a group of advertising agencies who nominate their customers so they get more (or retain) business - do you people not understand it’s a you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours scheme ?
Do you really think you’re special bc your vendor nominated you for an award for their work ? What a effing scam.
Wake up people.
And, yeah, I’m feeling like I don’t ‘Belong’ so I’m going to inform HR so that I become protected, and btw, I want to work 4 days a week and get paid for 5.
