During the conversation on 'how things have changed and the memories we miss', this popped into my mind. This is Steve Stills' original demo of Suite: Judy Blue Eyes. It was one take and Sweet Judy Blue Eyes (Judy Collins) was in the studio when he did it. He recorded all night, god knows how much coke he went through and most of the songs were on CS&Y's 1st album.

This reminds me of the hippy day things I miss. Skinny dipping, the Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers comics, buying a 'lid' for $10, women first starting to go braless, tie-dye shirt parties, patches on your jeans, bell bottom pants, psychedelic strobe lights, the Doors as the house band at the Whisky, Go-Go dancers, roach clips, the peace sign, the Age of Aquarius, a play called 'Hair' where everyone was SHOCKED at a naked person in the cast, my 1st drummer going over to the Electric Prunes..........

Yeah things sure have changed....I loved those days, lotta problems though but a lotta good stuff too...

Here's the amazing Mr Stills... I love the guitar work on the opening...

Oh yeah, peace.......

Damn Leo, that should be a song. Hey, I'll trade you the Nam-Yo-Ho-Renge-Ko, install-my-Johnson-in-your-gorhanzen chick for your 1st Panama Red lay. That sounded exquisite.

Hooked me forever. My flower child was the quintesential poster kid for the
60's. Best fuck I ever had, nothing even comes close since that night in
her Plymouth Road Runner on Shore Road in Brooklyn by the Verrazzano Bridge. The hair, the eyes, the everpresent flower, mmmm.
If you recognize yourself reach out honey.

Check out the Buffalo Springfield reunion show on You Tube, where they d a great version of Rock and Roll woman. Did you two fossils ever get to smoke any Black-Bud? Love my Hash and smoking Crystal-T. Mescaline was awesome too.

And that was the norm. Halter tops, tube tops, and those combination halter/tube tops(you know they were tube tops but looser and puffier)they were all screaming LOOK AT ME! TOUCH ME!

My ex had this tube top that I used to love to pull down, randomly. She liked it, until she became an uptight bitch.

Yes, they were made to be pulled down. I used to do that to my college GF all the time. One evening was in her room and did it when she was getting ready to go out and her dad just then walked around the corner into the room. He had a talk with me..that guy was always sneaking around catching us doing thiings

Was he learning disabled?

Possibly, he was a good ol boy and a traveling guitar player for 20 years before he went back to Arkansas. The man can burn a guitar down with the best of them though - which wasn't the point of that video.
