I think it is reasonable to assume there are going to be a few promotions and demotions as Mike takes the helm. It always works that way when someone assumes a higher position and wants to reward the people that got him there. It will work that way here also. Be prepared to be surprised at the people emerging as winners as a result of his promotion....and the ones that will be gone
