Wow. Management has really put the fear of God into the Alexion team about posting on CF. How do they get post removed so fast? Damn they are good.

Is it true that the manager of the MSLs was only on the job for about 7 months until last January and they just only posted the job a few weeks ago? Is there a MSL team or are the openings just a farce like a lot of the other positions? Inquiring minds would like to know.

MSLs at Alexion are really Medical SALES liaisons!
They are nothing but an extension of the commercial team and run around giving grants away that might have the appearance of the BIG "I"!!!!

Almost everyone don't last 2 yrs...so many fake people here. Then again, an account manager is another name for sales rep aka Amgen dead weight
